Appointment requests and contact forms are transmitted to us by email when you submit them. The use of emails is not a secure medium, email is vulnerable to interception or forgery and privacy cannot be ensured. Panel Development Partners’ will not be responsible for any damages you may suffer as a result of the transmission of confidential information that you make to us via email, if transmission errors occur or the correspondence is intercepted. All information submitted to Panel Development Partners’ via the site, or that you expressly or implicitly authorize Panel Development Partners’ to use, shall be deemed and remain the property of Panel Development Partners’.
In addition, we limit employees and contractors’ access to personal information. Only those employees and contractors with a business reason to know, have access to this information. We educate our employees/contractors about the importance of maintaining confidentiality of patient information.
Messages sent via the Internet and email can be intercepted. If you are concerned about sending your personal information to us via the Internet or Email, other methods such as, phone call or regular mail are alternate avenues of communication. Please, we do not recommend sending personal information that could be communicated through a phone call or in person visit. Any such person information is communicated at your risk of interception.

Panel Development Partners’ is not responsible for the accuracy of the information supplied by its customers, staff, clients, or contractors. The information you provide to us through our Contact Form or an Appointment Submission will be used so that we may respond to your comments, requests, and inquiries. We may also use the information you provide to us to communicate with you in the future.
Panel Development Partners does NOT collect personal information for commercial marketing or distribution to any private organizations.
All of the information submitted to Panel Development Partners shall be deemed and remain the property of the agency, and the agency shall be free to use, for any purpose, any ideas, concepts, know-how or other techniques contained in information provided to Panel Development Partners or sent through email.
When you send us an electronic message, you may be sending personal information. In these cases, we may retain the information not only to respond to your request, but also as a record of correspondence. Messages sent via email can be intercepted. If you are concerned about sending your personal information to us via the Internet DO NOT click the “Submit” button, you always have the option of using phone, fax or regular mail to contact us.
As fully discussed on this page, it is better to call us. Any field being completed on any form or any Emails being sent, only contain very minimal information, to facilitate the contact.
A small number of programs on our web pages use session cookies. These cookies disappear from your machine (expire) after your session ends. Our agency, Panel Development Partners, does not maintain a historical database of cookies, nor does it use any other tracking method to profile patients.
